EPC to attend upcoming Green Building Convention 2021
The Energy Performance Certification Bureau powered by RMS will be attending the upcoming 14th Annual Green Building of South Africa’s Convention 2021 taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 2 to 4 November.
The convention consists of workshops, an exhibition, networking opportunities, plenary sessions, and several tracks examining all aspects of building a greener future.
The convention has been working towards achieving a sustainable future. As the world continues to adapt to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and with climate change effects being felt more around the world, the theme of this year’s event centres on ONE. According to the event organisers, there is only ONE chance to get it right, and ONE chance to implement the roadmap to sustainability and regeneration to save our ONE planet for this generation and the next.
ONE represents action – aggressive, ambitious, and innovative. ONE represents one people, united against the threat of climate change. It represents one individual after the other joining together to create ONE collective that has the power to change everything.
“Innovative events like these are critical to ensure developers, builders, and other key stakeholders share in the unified vision of how to grow the market as sustainably as possible. For us to be part of the event is exciting as we get an opportunity to share our thinking with like-minded individuals and organisations to work towards a greener future,” says Frikkie Malan, at the EPC Certification Bureau powered by RMS.
